Policies & Ethics 

Culture Curl Studio aims to deliver remarkable services with high regard to our guests in a clean environment. Our policies are in place to be sure your experience here is noteworthy. Please read policies before you make your booking.

First Time Curl Clients

For first time clients booking for any service please choose salon consultation first before the desired service. 


A message  will be sent out day before your appointment for how to prep your hair day of your service.


During your appointment your curls will be cut dry, followed with a hydrating cleanse, deep conditioning, and detangling technique followed by styling and drying.  

You'll also receive education on curly hair styling and at home care from your curl artist.

All new clients please be sure to select salon consultation when booking online.


Prices displayed under services are based on the time it takes to do each one. Services and prices are subject to change without notice. Notifications on changes will be made accordingly but it is encouraged for you to inquire as well as read pricing and services  policies at time of your appointment and booking. All service descriptions are listed when booking. 


A $50 deposit will be taken at the time of booking and deducted at the end of the service. This is a non-refundable deposit that is transferable. If you book an appointment and don't go through with it, the nonrefundable deposit goes toward the time your stylists marked out on the books. 


If booking multiple services, $50 of each service will be deducted at time of booking.

**All sales are final.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment at any time free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel an appointment, you are welcome to reschedule for a future date based on availability. The deposit will be deducted at rescheduled appointment.

Late Policy

Clients are given a 10 min grace period.



If you arrive later than the 10 min grace period your appointment will be reschduled or result in a cancellation.


All appointments are time marked on your stylist's books.

If you are 10 minutes late or more the right to cancel your appointment and/or reschedule will be reserved. It will be considered a no show if theres no communication upon being late to the appointment and charge of 50% from card on file may be charged. 


Guests and Children

If bringing children, they must be accompanied by an adult. Multiple guests are limited due to seating inside studio.
