• Cancellations: Cancel online at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will be charged the full service price to the card on file.

• Late Arrivals: Arriving 10 minutes late may require rescheduling and forfeiting your appointment. If time permits, your service may continue with an additional fee.

• Guests & Children: Due to limited space, no extra guests or children are allowed unless they are receiving a service. Minors must have a parent present during the entire appointment.

• Curl Prep: Please arrive with detangled, styled curls using lightweight products. Excess detangling may incur a $35+ fee.

  • Express Curly Cuts: For returning clients only, with curls styled and dry. Otherwise, a reschedule or $35+ styling fee may apply.

• Deposits: A $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required for new client services-curly cut, color, and extension clients. This will be applied to your service.

• Sales: All sales are final.
