• Cancellations: Cancel online at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will be charged the full service price to the card on file. Rescheduling on the same day as the originally booked appointment is treated as a cancellation

• Late Arrivals: Arriving 10 minutes late may require rescheduling and forfeiting your appointment. If time permits, your service need to be rescheduled or change the service to a shorter one at the same price as original service booked. 

• Guests & Children: Due to limited space, no extra guests or children are allowed unless they are receiving a service. Minors must have a parent present during the entire appointment.

• Curl Cut/Color Prep: Please arrive with detangled, dry, worn down and  lightly styled curls so can see natural pattern.  (no heavy products- hair butters, oils, hairsprayed hair) Excess detangling may incur a $35+ fee.

  • Express Curly Cuts: For returning clients only, curls lightly styled and dry. Otherwise, a reschedule or $35+ styling fee may apply.

• Booking Fee: A $50 non refundable booking fee (applied toward your service) is required for all new client appointments excluding brow/lip waxing services. This fee compensates for reserved time and administrative costs. 

• Appointments are not secured until the booking fee is received. 

• Booking fees are also non refundable for missed appointments/no shows.

• Sales: All sales are final.

• If you're sick, feeling sick or showing visible signs of sickness, please reschedule. Do not come in to the salon to your appointment if you're any of these listed above.

By booking, you agree to these policies and release Culture Curl Studio and staff of any liability. We reserve the right to decline service if kindness is absent or expectations are unrealistic.
